Return Policy

Returning Items Purchased from Big Bumper Company

Return requests are available for Big Bumper Company products for 30 days from receipt of the bumper. Your purchase history on bigbumpercompany.com determines the latest eligible date for a return or replacement; however, we recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 60 days after purchase.

Items purchased from distributors, dealers, or resellers and not directly with Big Bumper Company or bigbumpercompany.com are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. 

A bumper must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
To start a return, contact us here. Once the return is accepted, we’ll send a pre-paid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a 5% processing/restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. We will not accept items for return without prior approval from Big Bumper Company.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the itemyou received from Big Bumper Company is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After determining whether the purchased item is damaged or defective, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and a refund or replacement. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus any return shipping costs and 5% processing/restocking fees) using the original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
