Why You'll Start Seeing Us in Marine Shops
There's a limit to what a product photo can do.
We can tell you a Big Bumper is lighter than it looks. We can tell you it packs down small enough to live in a compartment you're already using for something else. We can put the dimensions on the page. But "protects big, stows small" is a claim you kind of have to hold in your hands before it means anything and until recently, the only way to do that was to order one and find out.
So we started putting displays in marine shops.
What that looks like
You'll find a Big Bumper set up where you can actually get at it. Pick it up. Feel the weight. See how much room it takes when it's rolled down versus when it's out and working. Ask a boating expert at the counter what they think; most of them have opinions, and we'd rather you hear them.
Then order the size you need when you're ready.
We went this route deliberately. Fenders are a size-and-quantity decision that depends on your boat, your slip, and how you dock, and a shelf full of every configuration isn't practical for a shop that's already tight on floor space. A display solves the part that actually matters: seeing the thing in person before you commit.
Where we are: East Troy Marine
East Troy Marine on Main Street in East Troy, Wisconsin, is our newest partner. Family-run, and they've been keeping boats running on Lake Beulah, Booth, and Army Lake for years. They sell pontoons, service outboards, and store boats through the winter.
Which means their customers are handling their own boats constantly: trailering, launching, loading, hauling out. That's a group that feels the storage problem sharply. If you're pulling a boat every weekend, a fender that eats half a compartment is a fender you resent. We wanted our first partners to serve boaters who'd notice the difference immediately.

We're adding shops based on YOUR recommendations. We’re making sure that when someone's weighing a bumper, there's a place nearby where they can see one for real, and someone behind the counter worth asking.
