How to Inflate Bumpers and Fenders 

Here is how you inflate your new Big Bumper Company boat bumper. 

Before Inflating:

1. Unscrew the gray cap at the end.
2. Plug your pump into the power supply.
3. Make sure the spring-loaded button is in the position where air cannot escape the bumper. 
4. If the spring-loaded button is not in the position described above (#3), simply push the button down and turn it counterclockwise, a quarter turn, release, and check to see if it is now in the proper position.
5. Repeat the step (as necessary) until the spring is in the proper position (#3). 

Inflating:

1. When you insert the adapter, it will automatically depress the button. 
2. Then, turn the adapter one clockwise quarter turn and begin inflation. 
3. When finished inflating to the desired amount of air, simply turn it counterclockwise, a quarter turn, and remove. The valve will be left in the correct position.
4. Finally, screw on the gray end cap.

 

   

For the best results, use an approved pump.
